"Terrible service"

I booked an appointment about 2 months ago, turned up and they then told me they had booked me in with the wrong person. They then booked me in for another appointment later on in the day which i then ended up having to take the day off as holiday at work due to their mistake. I booked another appointment about 2 weeks ago and took time out of work again, i turned up got my prescription and started taking the tablets i was given. I then looked up what i was taking and they were completely the wrong tablets! I went to the pharmacy to get this confirmed and they were shocked that the doctors had given me the wrong medication. I phoned the doctors and explained this and they told me i would have to phone up again every day at 8.30 to try and get another appointment which i would then yet again have to take time off work for. The receptionist staff were not very apologetic at all, i am appauled with the level of service by this surgery!
