What I liked

This was my first experience of an NHS system having always paid to go privately. It was arranged that I attend the Breast Assessment Centre as a follow up to a routine mammogram in my home town. I was a little concened at having to attend such an enormous hospital out of my area. But I needn't have been. I was amazed at the level of service provided, the timeliness of my journey through a well orchestrated system and the attention, consideration and respect I received. I left two hours later with no question unanswered and fully understanding the next steps should my results be unfavourable. I was made an appointment at my local hospital for 6 days in advance where I there too was treated expediently and with respect. As it happened all was well, but my journey through the NHS was without any hitch or complaint. And all this for £3.00! Wonderful, you are all amazing.
