my name is Alison Jacobs and pick up my repeat prescription at Boots, Chatham Branch. For the last 6 months the service from the surgery has been appalling where I have had to chase my medication via Boots staff. I would like to make it clear it is the surgery who is at fault here - not Boots. Yesterday (19/12/16) was the final straw and I refused to leave Boots until an emergency (I months supply) was given despite the surgery on 2 occasions saying they cannot do one over the phone/and they can when contacted on Monday morning. Going without my medication is not acceptable and have had to use borrow a supply form a colleague.
