What could be improved
PALS, completely wasted my time, they dont care, the person who was dealing with my complaint took from 11 august when I made my complaint, it is now 5th of october and still have not come up with a good sollution, the person concerned has messed me about beyond belief. She was absolutley useless. One of the doctors has since left the hospital, and the person in who said pals officer would be dealing with my complaint is one of the people I was less than impressed with!!!! What use is pals if they dont do what there intention is for? If I come in with a complaint of the serious nature it was, I would expect it to be cleared up quickly, and properly as soon as possible, not nearly two yes two months later and counting. The whole system is a farce, I will be going to the hospital later with the intention of speaking to someone in authority that actually knows what they are doing. How am I ment to come back into a hospital where you cannot trust the doctors and consultants, and if you have a complaint, the people who are supposed to be there for you to do this effectivley dont do their jobs properly? This says a lot for how the hospital trust run the hospital! I would have liked this incredibly stressful situation put away quickly, yet it has been allowed to carry on causing me un nesecery anxiety. This is not on, get it sorted.
