What I liked

We arrived un-announced in labour. We were shown straight to a spotless private room with facilities and had personal care from start to finish. Staff were knowledgeable and professional throughout our stay. We were fully consulted and informed about our choices and decisions, and when our son was born the staff made it even more of a special moment by doing everything needed whilst making us feel like we had some private family time. First class, and has certainly turned around from the out-of-date horror headlines.

What could be improved

Aside from free tv / radio - very little.

Anything else?

The delivery and labour wards appeared to be well staffed and we didn't feel wanting for care at any point. I also noted an army of cleaners gainfully employed at every turn.
