"Friendly professional and caring staff."

I required a colonoscopy and after a previous, horrific experience (not at The Circle, I must stress) I was terrified. How very different was this! I explained my past procedure and how terrible it was and all staff were completely understanding. I was advised that I could have sedative, that consultant would stop if required and that they were all there to help me. I opted for the conscious sedation and it really helped. The procedure, this time, was practically pain free. Consultant talked me through their findings (thankfully, no real issues) and I was then taken to recovery and my blood pressure was checked every 10 minutes plus my oxygen levels. I was offered a drink, which I gladly accepted and biscuits. Once they were happy for me go go I was escorted to where my husband was waiting. I cannot praise this team more. For a procedure that is quite undignified all the staff were friendly, supportive and extremely professional. I would like to thank them.
