I had to have a colonoscopy as part of investigations into Inflammatory Bowel Disease, never having had any real medical procedures done and they literally couldn't have been nicer about it.
I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the prep, procedure, and recovery. Staff were all friendly and reassuring, communicated exactly what was going on and what the next steps would be.
