"The staff ( nurses, doctors and support..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

What I liked

The staff ( nurses, doctors and support staff) on the Haemotology Ward and in the Bone Marrow Unit were exceptionally professional, friendly and caring. I was always made to feel that my care and treatment was very important to them. All my family and friends who visited enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere on the wards and were reassured by their knowledge, understanding and high level of care.

I continue to attend regularly as an out-patient and find the level of care has remained consistently high.

What could be improved

Nothing
