About: Basildon University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Dear Basildon ENT outpatients,

I have been trying to reach you about my sons next appointment, but after over 8 days of trying and spending 25 to 40 mins on the phone each time I feel like giving up. This is insane - I understand that you must be very busy but this is not helping anyone at all.

We moved up from London recently and I have never found it so hard to contact a hospital.

It is not surprising that people do not show up for their appointments. This really needs to be sorted out. Can someone get in touch?
