"From entering in to reception to seeing..."

What I liked

From entering in to reception to seeing the consultant, having test done, was both very efficient and respectfully done. I was put at ease all the time.

On recieving my results 5 weeks later again experienced professional yet very personal care.

What could be improved

I think on my initial visit it would have been helpful to have been given a note to remind me that I had to book the follow up appointment for myself. As I had just had a investigation proceedure I was not taking in much information.
