What I liked

I had a traabeculectomy in feb 2010 i was informed and kept in the picture leading up to the op, my treatment during and post operatively were excellent.

I am a regular attendee at the glaucome clinic and have only once had to wait longer that 30 minutes for my appointment

very professionally run unit excellent doctors and nurses.

What could be improved

answering of phones could be better especially appointments when trying to change or make appointments as a rule the phone tends to ring out

perhaps an answerphone ?
