"Uncaring?"

I recently put a Repeat Prescription into the Garforth Surgery, I suffer from Very bad persistent regurgitation and have a Hiatus Hernia (amongst several other complaints) some times having to take double doses of my Lansoperozale capsules as advised by Doctors. Imagine my surprise when my wife collected my prescription and some "Doctor" had taken it upon themselves to "politely" inform me that my much needed important Lansoperozale capsules weren't due until a few days time and had the caring attitude of withholding them from me with not a thought of the pain I would be going through, I wonder why this Doctor (whichever it was) thought I wanted the capsules for if not to treat my pain. Common sense should tell him/her that using extra capsules would mean I would need more sooner. I'm disgusted that a Doctor would withhold medication like this. I would like to put a formal complaint in but am too disabled to be bothered!
