"Excellent care"

I just wanted to leave a quick review as people are unfortunately not so quick at giving positive feedback when it is due.

I've been with this practice a couple of years now. They kindly took me on despite being slightly out the catchment area (I work shifts and needed a surgery with extended opening hours - no other surgery would help me out, but this surgery did!).

I visited the surgery with an injury and was treated by a very kind and competent doctor. They did a thorough examination, listened to my concerns and the impact the injury was having on my job. I've left feeling I've been listened to and with good follow up and treatment.

Thank you for all you've done for me today and whilst I have been at this surgery. Working in the NHS myself I know the pressures you are under. I just wanted you to know it is appreciated.
