"Ignorant Secretary"

I phoned on Friday for an appointment for my mother who is elderly she has a major rash all over her front and back and arms she has been waiting to be referred for months now and I was phoning to try and find out what was happening I was told phone back on Monday morning at 8 to make an appointment I did and was told there was no appointments I asked the secretary their name as I do whenever I call and they refused then they tried to vilify me for asking for a name and make out I was in the wrong. The secretary on Friday gave me their name but the so-called secretary on Monday the 12 of December 2016 at 8 o'clock in the morning did so after a lot of stamina on my part they put me on hold for a while and came back with what is your name I told themI asked their name for like the 23rd time and they finally give me their name and they said they were surrounded by other secretaries listening to me trying to vilify me for trying to get help for my mum if you don't get names you don't have a leg to stand on the Dr's have been OK the doctor is very very good. but they need to get some not all new secretaries
