What I liked
I visited A&E with a very painful torn ligament the doctor was patient helpful and very informative at all times
What could be improved
a smile from other clinicians in the unit would have been nice
Anything else?
it was rather dusty didnt help my asthma but this was due to building work ,an apology for this would have helped
