What I liked

This was my first visit to this facility.

The whole area had the ambience of complete efficiency & professionalism.

The cafe & coffee was first rate.

I was treated by very nice lady who coudln't have been sweeter. She appered to have a full grasp of procedures & dealt with my condition in a professional manner all the time. There was a delay in getting my xrays to her computer but she chased it up & got everything on the screen before we left & I was given a full run-down of the condition of my joints & a prognosis.

I left the building with a feeling of satisfaction by everything that had happened.

Plus, the Medilnk bus service was second to none. It filled the bill perfectly & saved a lot of time & hassle.

As far as I could tell from my short visit, not a lot. We were completely satified all round.
