What I liked
I have been to this hospital twice, once with a severe kidney infection, i was in for three days! The hospital was clean, the staff were fantastic (friendly, kind, kept me well informed)
In October 2009 i had my baby there! I was induced, the day staff were fabulous.....kept s fully informed about timescales, what to expect....they were realistic in what they were saying (which meant my partner could go home and rest. which he was happy about as he was up for 24 hours after)
Our baby had to be delivered by emergency C section, the staff in surgery were amazing and the midwife (i wish i could remember her name) was brill, she stayed with me all night and day and was the one who delievered my baby!
Brilliant hospital and i have recommened it to all my friends having babies! x x x x i would like to say a big thankyou from me, my partner and my gorgeous baby boy x x x you are all stars in that hospital
P.s - there is a cleaner in maternity that deserves big recognition, she kept that ward sparkling and was soooo happy!
What could be improved
nothing....stay as you are, you are providing a great service! i hate people that moan about the NHS
