the xray dept had torn trolleys that were an obvious infection control risk , the fire door by xray had an elastic band around the handle attached to the worn out xray trolley to keep it open the sign on the door "fire door keep closed". perhaps a bit of awareness wouldnt have gone a miss.The xray person didnt smile or say hello. logo
