(as a service user),

Having attended Grantham A & E early this morning as a result of a painful accident, I cannot sufficiently praise the dedicated professional care and treatment I received which was exemplary. Rather than the doom and gloom one often hears in the media, I met a dedicated team committed to their work and to patient care. This was the NHS at its best, and I wish to particularly recognise Dr. Ilyas, Dr. Jessica and Debbie HCSW. As an elderly lady I felt safe, heard and respected.

Thank you very much for this feedback, I am delighted that you felt looked after and well supported and would like to acknowledge the fantastic team that we have here in Grantham.

Debbie has previously gained recognition for her care, compassion and respect. It is lovely to hear that she continues to exhibit these values.
