Pleasant enough and nurses was good but did not feel that are concerns for mother was not taken seriously she was a diabetic and was given syrup puddings etc and then her sugar levels remained high also the ot and physio and social was unhelpful and as family members we was made to feel like there was no support in finding accommodation suitable as her home was found to be unsuitable to go bk to ok giving family members a report saying unsuitable but no help was given to do the next steps also things like dressing on ulcer on heel was not good plaster put on but after a while would be screwed up causing digging in and causing pain not helpful it felt as though are concerns was just brushed under the carpet and are s or mum's concerns did not mean anything
