Had a good experience. The staff were all courteous, cheerful and positive which made me feel a lot less worried about the procedure. The information given after the procedure was explained in easily understandable terms. Any questions I had were answered straight away and again easily understood.

It is wonderful to hear that you were given reassurance by the staff when you recently attended for a Gastroenterology procedure.

I am also pleased that all your questions were answered in a comprehensive way and you understood the outcome of the procedure.

I have forwarded on your comments to the Manager of the Gastroenterology service at the North Devon District Hospital (NDDH) where they will be warmly received and shared with the staff involved in your care.
