Had a good experience. The staff were all courteous, cheerful and positive which made me feel a lot less worried about the procedure. The information given after the procedure was explained in easily understandable terms. Any questions I had were answered straight away and again easily understood.

It is wonderful to hear that you were given reassurance by the staff when you recently attended for a Gastroenterology procedure.

I am also pleased that all your questions were answered in a comprehensive way and you understood the outcome of the procedure.
