What could be improved

The member of staff that gave me a blood test was very rude and unhelpful. I found myself struggling to make eye contact and asking all the questions. I came out of the hospital feeling very upset as she made me feel stupid. I have never had a blood test before and a bit of time and reasurrance wouldn't have gone a miss. It is really upsetting to know that someone that is supposed to help and reassure you can be so disrespectful and abrupt.
