What I liked

A clean and pleasant hospital, small and with very nice staff.

I went there to have x-rays done in September this year. My appointment was for 12.10pm, and by that time they'd had me in, x-rays done and I was on my way out of the door.

Very good, and I'd definitely recommend this hospital.

What could be improved

They weren't as sensitive as I'd have liked, at first, to my terrible fear of hospitals, especially male staff. However, the radiographer was very nice and we had a good chat, so I got over my nerves that way. I think that hospitals need to be sensitive to the fact that some of us have had very bad experiences in the past, and they need to really pay attention to patient fears.
