What I liked

I have been attending the Walton Centre for the past couple of years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. All the staff are professional, friendly and welcoming and also the famous Liverpudlian sense of humour is always present, which is fantastic. I am always listened to and whenever I need support/advice inbetween visits, it is always there. High praise for the Centre as it is deserved. I can't understand one of the negative comments that was posted on here, but you can't please everyone!!

What could be improved

The only thing that needs improving is the car parking.
