About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Birmingham)

What I liked

I spent a few hours at the Early Pregancy Unit today, and found all members of staff who I came into contact with extremely pleasant, kind and welcoming. They were clearly really busy and running late impacting on the clinical staff's lunch break, but this did not affect their professionalism or attitudes; I was really impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the positive experience you had at the Early Pregnancy Unit.

The Unit is based at the Birmingham Women's Hospital which is not part of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital although they are situated next to each other. The hospitals are managed by different Foundation Trusts.

To assist you I have included the direct link to the Birmingham Women's Hospital webpage on NHS Choices

http://www.nhs.uk/Services/Hospitals/Overview/DefaultView.aspx?id=1799

If you are able to re-enter your comment onto their page the Trust will be able to read and respond to your comments.

I have also forwarded your comments to the PALS Team based at Birmingham Women's Hospital to ensure that they are aware of your positive feedback.
