"Referral to ARU re TIA"

As a result of an event where I suspected at TIA

I was referred by my GP to the hospital and had an appointment with the TIA and Stroke Service unit on 4th October 2017. I can only say that from the moment of my arrival until my departure I felt cosseted and cared for. Both the volunteer who took me under their wing, the nursing staff in the various units I visited, and the Consultant could not have done more to put my, at the time understandably somewhat anxious, mind at rest and look after me. Full marks to all of them.
