What could be improved

They need to get their lifts serviced & improved. Long waits for lifts.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback on our services - it's good to know there was so much you liked. We are in the middle of a comprehensive lift replacement programme which is already improving our lift service. Each lift takes 20 weeks to upgrade and we have so far done three of our six main passenger lifts, dramatically reducing the number of breakdowns. We have also re-badged our beds and goods lifts for staff, easing pressure on the main lifts and improving patients' privacy and dignity. We hope you will find big improvements if you visit us again.
