What I liked

I attended Accident and Emergency and was seen very quickly by the Triage Nurse who was friendly, polite, reassuring, helpful and thoroughly professional. I then saw the Doctor who treated me with utmost courtesy, respect, and dignity and was absolutely first class the whole time. I was very impressed with the whole Department and would like to thank everyone who helped me so well today.

What could be improved

The receptionist kept me standing at the counter for quite a long time while she inputted information into the computer. She did not know at that time that I had injured my leg and had difficulty standing. When she finally dealt with me she was efficient but it was the least acceptable part of my experience today.
