"My mother was in hospital from July,..."

What I liked

My mother was in hospital from July, totally 39 days. The care she received was second to none. The nurses in particular in Gladstone 2 we especially attentive. We cannot thank you enough for looking after our mum.

What could be improved

My mum can;t read english very well, and it would have been nice if the someone could have explained to her what the meal choices where, it was assumed that because we are hindu, my mum was a vegetarian, she is not!

Anything else?

I think its important for people to hear about the positive feedback, and I know that me and my family are really glad to have our mum home again. Its thanks to the all the staff in helping my mum get better, from the nurses and doctors to the staff in ITU, you made us feel at ease whilst our mum was under your care.
