"Poor"

I was ambulanced from my GP surgery with suspected heart problems, ambulance guys were fantastic, checked my bp several times on the journey as it was 240/180, only had it checked once in A&E triage, and an ecg,. An hour later,

I was left in a cubicle for another hour, with no further checks, finally a junior Doctor came over and asked how the pain was, and said that they were trying to get me seen in the ambulatory unit, as I would be seen there much quicker, even though I had been told that a&e wasn't that busy, a porter took me to this unit, I was told to go and sit by a bed, then another member of staff came on, and called me over, and said I was in the wrong place, I told her A&E had sent me, so they said it must be right then, go and wait in the room to the left in the corridor. Nobody came anywhere near me after that, and I was there due to suspected heart problem.

2 and a half hours later I walked out. Unchecked and un noticed.
