About: Woodend Hospital / Elective Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had been booked in for a bone cyst biopsy which when i arrived (later than ideal) was met by my nurse which was happy and took to the job quickly and professionally. I arrived at 9:15 and was already in my ward bed by 9:20. The nurse took necessary information as soon as possible and the operation started at around 1 oclock. 

Each member of the team at the hospital was very friendly and professional compared to other hospitals I had been to.  Everything was well structured and I was very impressed with the service. Hopefully the possible follow up procedure will be done at this hospital also as the service is second to none. 

And finally a special shoutout to Joseph the nurse whose care iIwas under. Very impressed!

Delighted to hear that you that you were treated professionally by the nursing staff and other members of the multidiscplinary team. The team at Woodend work very hard to ensure they are delivering person centred care. So glad to hear that you were impresssed by the service which is second to none and will pass on this compliment to all the memebers of the multidiscplinary team who work very hard to ensure there is a excellent service for all pateints.

Joe will be very impressed and glad to hear that he got a special mention we will pass this on to him.

Thanks again for such a lovely compliment about the staff and service.Hope you are feeling better and that your possible follow up procedure will go just as smoothly.
