What I liked

I called at walk-in centre a day before going on 2 weeks vacation in the USA. I could not get an appointment for 3 days at Cobham where I live, and needed treatment for an infected post operative wound. I work in Teddington so called in. Every aspect of the experience was superb. The receptionist was helpful and the staff who treated me were courteous, friendly, attentive and professional. Most important of all, the infection (the second one!) cleared up after a few days following a course of antibiotics.

What could be improved

Nothing - everything was perfect
