What could be improved

When I arrived I was blandly and without apology or sincerity told that 'the surgery had been cancelled, and had I not received the letter'. The letter, dated the day after my appointment, arrived at the week-end.

This is not a service, it is a shambles and a disgrace. Nor is it in any way promoting anyone's health.

Just as well I was not attending for Hypertension or Cardiac problems...
