What I liked

The professional attitude of staff, their friendliness and commitment to patients. I do not regularly visit hospitals as a patient and felt with some of the media publications about problems in hospitals and the NHS in general I wanted to give my perspective. I have nothing but admiration for the staff working in the assessment wards who busily go about their work.

Being a patient I had the time to watch this in several of the wards I was in and found the same work ethics in all of them (After assessment I was in two other wards during my stay) with different staff.

When I say staff I mean everyone that worked in the wards from Doctors, nursing staff to the support teams.

What could be improved

For me personally nothing, didn't like being ill but happy to have been looked after in Bournemouth.

Anything else?

Chief Executive - I hope you appreciate your staff as much as I an no doubt many of your visitors and patients.
