"A&E were superb, the ward I ended up on..."

About: Hammersmith Hospital

What I liked

A&E were superb, the ward I ended up on was superb, the holding ward was a bit of a mess - needs more focus from management

What could be improved

After the initial efficiency, I had to wait a day on a drip for a scan - seemed a waste of time - the ultrasound must have been too busy to liaise with the ward.

Anything else?

Happy to return for my op

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. We are delighted to hear that you received excellent care from A&E and wards but are disappointed that you felt this wasn’t extended throughout your stay.
