"I would like to say a big THANK YOU"

I had recently had a O. T out for a assessment as after 3 strokes since 2013 I have had problems with the full of my right hand side. It has left me completely numb and with reduced mobility. Along with that I have Fibro again this brings a lot of problems on its own, I am having difficulty with my toilet needs and at times need help from my daughter which along is a bit embarrassing for both of us.

So I contacted the O. T to see if they were any help or advice I could get. I was sent out a lady Called Jeanette. She was so lovely I felt at ease straight away, Jeanette then advised me there was a thing called Eco Bida. I then received a call from her saying they were coming out to show me this. Again the gentleman that came with Jeanette was lovely. I was the advised that this would then go to the finance meeting to see if it would be passed for me to get.

I received a letter recently September saying that it was approved and I am know waiting on the appointment for it being installed.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Jeanette for all her help as without her I would never have got this. This along with her is giving me a big bit of independence back. And in my opinion these people do not get enough credit for the help they give people like myself. I know they can't help everyone but I am very grateful for the help Jeanette has given me.
