What I liked
the appointment system is seriously disorganised. i have to visit the opthalmology department regularly. when appointments are made you can be sure that the day and time will be changed as many as three or four times before you finally get to have the appointment, my appointment is non urgent and i can live with that. my husband however, has had a nasy ear problem, after visiting his GP he was eventually sent an appointment ( three weeks later ) for a further two weeks in advance. OK at least we had one. then we receive a letter to say the appointment was cancelled and that no further appointment would be made!!!!!. next post was a new appointment for a week later. which we hope to keep, and hope it won't be changed again
