Having read some of the negative reviews online I came to my appointment anticipating a hostile reception... However I have to say that everyone I encountered was absolutely lovely on both visits to the BPAS Streatham clinic. The bad reviews couldn't be so far from my experience of taking the medical abortion pill. I was handled with utmost care and sensitivity; everyone was very gentle, patient and in no way made me feel like I was being judged.
Thank you so much staff at BPAS - I know it can't be an easy job - but you gave me the exact care and attention I needed. I felt like I was in safe caring warm hands.
