What I liked

The care and attention I received was first class. The staff were very pleasant and chearfull at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for then. I was very well looked after. Well done to all concerned.

What could be improved

I got the impression that Hilton Main ward were I stayed was under staffed some of the time.

Thank you for your positive feedback about your recent stay on the Hilton Main Ward. I am sorry to hear you felt there was an issue with staffing, I will pass on your concerns to the Matron in charge of the ward.
