About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

I was referred by the GP for a Urology appointment, was telephoned about two days later and offered an appointment within the week.

Self check in 8. 58, called in 9. 01, scanned by very pleasant doctor then asked to take a seat outside is be seen by the consultant. Back in in about five minutes, procedure explained, lovely nurse to tell me what to do. Procedure over and done with in about three minutes. All clear, off you go. In and out in 52 minutes, well looked after by delightful friendly staff. I'm so impressed. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient!
