What I liked

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful keeping me updated on the medical care they were providing for my daughter regarding the condition she had.

What could be improved

Warm meals should be offered for a small charge as an option for the Parents on the childrens ward as I was there 5 days with my daughter and at times was struggling to get a meal.

Anything else?

Staff on the Robin Hood ward should be given a pat on the back as this ward gets very busy within minutes and the staff are at times pushed to the limit dealing with everyones care needs, but they still do it with a smile on there faces and a spring in there step.

We have forwarded your comments to the Head of Service for Paediatrics who would like to thank you for your kind words and will share these with the Robin Hood ward team. Regarding your comments about the meal service, this is certainly something that can be looked into once the ward moves to its new location in the third tower later this year. Thank you for highlighting this.
