"6 months overdue for follow-up"

About: Derriford Hospital / Rheumatology

Dubious/spotty knowledge on the clinicians part. Staffing shortages. Secretaries cannot be contacted - one voicemail stating they were on holiday until the end of May despite calling throughout June. Multiple letters sent from primary and other secondary care providers - no response. Transferring to a Rheumatic Hospital 90 miles away.
