(as the patient),

I saw Mr jeypaul in Boston breast unit for a follow up appointment post breast cancer. He was so kind, caring and compassionate. He treated me with great respect. He listened to my concerns, discussed everything thoroughly with me, and generally put me at ease. He gave me a thorough check up which eased my mind emmensely.

BJ the HCSW was fantastic, she treated me with respect, care and compassion, helping to ease my anxiety.

Many thanks for posting your feedback. Even though I did only what I am expected to do, it is so comforting to know that you recognised my care of duty and also that you took time to share this appreciation. It is so encouraging and I will take it as an incentive to continue to care in the same way.

Needless to say that myself and BJ (HCSW) work as a team. So we will share the accolade.
