"Difficult to add very much to my ratings..."

What I liked

Difficult to add very much to my ratings above. A potentially worrying and stressful time was made so much easier. i was particularly impressed by the smooth organisation. I was fortunate to be the first on the list and it was great to make a very prompt start, rather than waiting around getting more worried. Everyone who dealt with me took time to explain what would happen and prepare me for it.

Life on the ward was a bit hectic but, again, staff were always considerate and helpful ,despite their huge workload.

What could be improved

More staff on the ward. There was so much for them to do continually, so many needs to attend. They coped but I felt sorry for them sometimes.

Anything else?

I hope to have more surgery in the near future and would not consider going elsewhere - even if the waiting time were shorter.
