"The people at the desk, the receptionist..."

What I liked

The people at the desk, the receptionist was very kind and had a very nice smile.

What could be improved

The way the doctor treated elderyly people, and their attitude to people who have just arrived new to the hospital and its surroundings. The way a problem was treated, things should of been dealt more calmly and not rushed. The procedure should of been dealt with a woman for women because it does not comply in some religions that men see women dressed inappropiately. The safety of things, patients should be awared properly about what the x-rays are about. The patient should be treated with care and consideration of their age. The doctor should not at all intimidate the patient.

Anything else?

The patient should obviously get the choice of being treated by a woman or man. The patient should have enough time to do things and also they should have complete control of the situation, never should the patient feel insecure, intimidated, and out of control of the situation. And if one patient is lost and needs help shouldn't doctors who are standing around help the patient? I mean seriously...?!
