What I liked

Nurses were generally friendly and sympathetic. Hospital area was clean.

What could be improved

Serious lack of consistensy with care - nurses and doctors not talking to each other, a different doctor each time who said different things each time. Very disapointing.

Also doctors not listening to what the patient had to say - the patient I was visiting had clearly told them a procedure attempted by a previous doctor didn't work, but they refused to listen and attempted the procedure anyway (at 1am!) causing her serious pain and discomfort which was completely unnecessary.

Whilst pleased that the hospital was clean and nursing staff were friendly we are concerned with regard to your comments about communication and a lack of consistency.
