"Colonoscopy"

I attended Torbay Hospital for a colonoscopy under general anaesthetic the beginning of this week and I would like to register how impressed I was with the service I received.

This is not a dignified procedure but all the staff from the receptionist through to the recovery room staff, put me at ease and reduced the stress I was feeling.

There was clearly a really good 'team' spirit in the operating room itself and they were exceptional in making me feel as relaxed as I could be.

If possible, I would really like my comments passed on to the staff working in that unit the afternoon of 4th September.
