"I attended the 'out-of-hours' service..."

What I liked

I attended the 'out-of-hours' service provided and found both the staff nurse or paramedic and the doctor very helpful. What a relief and comfort when you need help late on a Friday evening but no need to go to an A&E.

What could be improved

Better directions prior to my visit (out of hours) in relation to the Town Centre and/or A12.

Anything else?

Out of Hours - External signs would help speed up the process at a time of distress.
