Arrived at the assessment centre after speaking to midwives on the phone about reduced movement from baby in the morning. I was seen and put on the monitor within half an hour despite it being very, very busy. In fact, I actually waited longer for a parking spot before entering the building!
The midwife who saw me was really lovely and made me feel reassured and relaxed. They listened to my concerns and made me feel loads better just by being so understanding as well as informative.
Very positive experience.
