What I liked
Initial review by a Triage Nurse in A&E was quick, approximately 20 minutes. Review by A&E doctor was very professional and friendly. Once they had time available the treatment was of a very high standard with minimal pain. The doctor also took time in educating a trainee through the process of treatment.
What could be improved
Waiting time to see an A&E doctor could have been improved, but at 3 hours this wasn't exceptionally bad. The nurse who decided to attempt to dress my wound without cleaning it was a bit of a concern, however this was rectified by the doctor.
